Pleasant Hill council to study General Plan changes Oct. 19

Pleasant Hill’s City Council is set to hold a study session on potential amendments to the city’s General Plan on Monday, October 19, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 100 Gregory Lane. This session will provide an update on the current status of the General Plan and seek direction from the council on any further changes that may be necessary. The study session is particularly relevant for property owners, renters, and business operators who were affected by the rezoning of 1,072 parcels in November 2025. The rezoning was part of the city's General Plan 2040 and aimed to align zoning with the city's housing goals.
