AC Transit Line 684 bus stops on Garvin Avenue in El Cerrito closed due to EBMUD maintenance.

AC Transit temporarily closed several Line 684 bus stops on Garvin Avenue in El Cerrito on Sept. 28 for maintenance work by the East Bay Municipal Utility District, according to a service alert posted by AC Transit.

The closures were in effect from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For the 684 route toward El Cerrito High School, the stop at Garvin Avenue and 34th Street was closed. Riders were directed to alternative stops at Garvin Avenue and 32nd Street or Garvin Avenue and 36th Street.

For the 684 route toward Richmond BART, two stops were closed: Garvin Avenue at 34th Street and Garvin Avenue at 32nd Street. Alternative stops were available at Garvin Avenue and 36th Street or Garvin Avenue and 30th Street.
